5S – The Five Pillars

1. Sort (Seiri / Sort) – Identify and remove unnecessary tools, materials, or paperwork — often with red‑tagging. The goal is to Free up space, reduce clutter and distractions.
2. Set in Order (Seiton / Set In Order) – Arrange essentials so everything has a place and is easy to find, using labels, color codes, floor-markings, and shadow boards. The goal is to have a streamlined access and reduced motion waste.
