In addition to these we also deliver trainings on PMI-CAPM® & PMI-PMP® exam preparation trainings. We also deliver trainings on process improvement tools like 6 sigma, 4M Kaizen, Lean management etc., workplace management tools like 5S, industrial safety etc.,. All our trainings focusing on improving individual’s skills and knowledge which helps the organizational workforce to be at-par with latest tools and techniques.

We update the course materials regularly, and are aligned towards the latest standards and industrial requirements. Our coach and trainers will also be upgrading their knowledge and skills and are certified to deliver trainings on the particular schemes. All our trainings are rated on an average 4.8/5.

Industrial Consulting

Our consulting helps organizations and its customers step up to the next level. Audits & Assessments

Assessment

Gap assessment – Organization may wish to improve their performances to a global standard and may require assistance on assessing their current level of compliance towards that standard. We could help the organization to determine their current level of compliance, areas of gap, and how they can move forward in order to be compliant by performance a gap assessment against the selected scheme or requirements. Organization may also be interested to assess their potential suppliers / subcontractors / contractors / vendors level of compliances towards legal, organizational and global requirements. Our gap assessment will also help the organization to determine and decide whether the organization could establishing business with that supplier / subcontractor / contractor / vendor.

Audit

• 1st party audits – It could be possible that the organizations qualified auditors are pre-occupied on important projects and they may not be able to perform the audit as per the defined timeline, or, there could be lack of competence in performing internal audits by the organization. We could help the organization to perform the internal audits as per the determined timeline and report them the level of compliance, identified improvement, identified non-conformances, and areas of possible improvements by performing Internal Audits aka 1st party audits.
• 2nd party audits – Organizations may be require to audit their suppliers performances against the contract and any other standards requirements, to determine whether to continue business with that supplier or to take appropriate decisions. We help the organizations in taking the right decision by auditing their suppliers to determine their level of compliance towards the contractual requirements, legal requirements and any other organization specific requirements.
